I check your address, then send your neighborhood’s set day. You’ll know the same afternoon.

I show up.
Same day every week. I clean the yard, close the gate, and text you a photo of both when I’m done.

Hi, I’m Brian.
I own Spot, and right now I do every yard myself. So the person who shows up at your house on Tuesday is the same one who was there last Tuesday, and the one who’ll be there next week.
That won’t change as Spot grows. Every home keeps one person, week after week. No rotating crew. No new faces in your yard.
This is Bean. She’s a rottweiler, six years old, and I’ve had her since she was a pup. So a dog barking at the fence doesn’t faze me. By the third week, most of them stop.

Questions.
Do you clean your tools between yards?
Yes. Before and after every yard, everything gets sprayed with a disinfectant that’s safe for pets, so nothing travels from someone else’s yard to yours.
Where does the waste go?
Double-bagged, tied, and into your trash can before I leave. Just tell me where your bin is when you sign up.
What if you’re sick?
I’ll text you the day before and come back later that week. If I can’t make it up, that week comes off your next bill.
What about rain?
Light rain, I’m there. Heavy rain, I’ll come back the next clear day and text you when I do. If I can’t make it up, that week comes off your next bill.
What if I’m away?
Let me know and I’ll skip that week. Your bill stays at $90. Away three weeks or more? I’ll pause your billing.
What if my gate is locked?
I’ll text you from your gate. If it’s open before I finish your neighborhood that day, I’ll come back. If not, I’ll get it next week, and your bill stays the same. A gate code or a spare key avoids this entirely.
Does my grass need to be cut?
Yes, on a regular schedule. If it’s ever too tall to see the ground, I’ll clean what I can, text you, and get the rest next week. Same price.
