Who shows up
Hi, I’m Brian.
I own Spot, and right now I do every yard myself. So the person who shows up at your house on Tuesday is the same one who was there last Tuesday, and the one who’ll be there next week.
That won’t change as Spot grows. Every home keeps one person, week after week. No rotating crew. No new faces in your yard.
This is Bean. She’s a six-year-old rottweiler and I’ve had her since she was a pup. So a dog barking at the fence doesn’t faze me. By the third week, most of them stop.

I’ll text you the day before and come back later that week. If I can’t make it up, that week comes off your next bill.
What about rain?
Light rain, I’m there. Heavy rain, I’ll come back the next clear day and text you when I do.
What if I’m away?
Let me know and I’ll skip that week. Your rate doesn’t change.
What if my gate is locked?
I’ll text you and come back once it’s open.
